Timing a show couldn't be easier

Show Structure

Set the show structure. You can have as many acts or intervals as you like, in any order, with any names. Simply tap what you need and set your interval durations. Both acts and intervals can include markers - these allow you to timestamp parts of your act, for example a scene.



House Open & Clearance
Simply tap the relevant buttons to store the appropriate time. Couldn’t be easier. When you tap a button it displays the time of the event.

Acts

As easy as it looks, tap Act Down when you are ready to move on. Start unlimited In-Act Timers. Ever needed to time the length of a scene or feature? Simply tap the "Start a Timer" button and away you go. You can also preview all times, Show Stops, and Timers. This will calculate running and playing time up to the current act. If you ever move forward by mistake, all Act and Interval screens have a reset and back button which can take you back to where you left off.



Interval
Here you can see the time remaining and the elapsed time of the interval. Once the remaining time reaches zero, it turns red and starts counting up. You can also receive interval notifications. These notify you "x" minutes before the Five and Beginners calls, or you can create custom notifications for the interval. The time a call happens, and the amount of time before the call that you receive a notification, are all configurable in Settings.

Interval Safe Mode

Interval Safe Mode is a way of keeping your phone unlocked with the display active, without the worry of progressing to the next act! We've found it great if you have interval cues, want to keep Show StopWatch open, but don’t want to worry about where you hold your phone. When you are ready to move on, just enable the buttons and away you go!



Preview & Edit
With Show StopWatch you are able to preview the current running, playing, in-act timers and show stop duration while running a show. Simply tap the preview button to display an up-to-date calculation of your performance. To edit or adjust previously stored times, long press on the act or interval to change the clearance, start, and end times.

Show Stops

Nobody ever wants a show stop, but if you do, you'll be glad you're running Show StopWatch. Simply press the Show Stop button in the top left and we'll show you the time it was stopped and the elapsed time. Hit resume when you're ready to continue and we'll calculate everything else.



Show Times
Let us take all the hassle out of calculating show times. We automatically calculate the running and playing times, along with all running times for Acts and Intervals. It doesn't matter how many - we'll add them all up!
Rounding
You can round all times within Show StopWatch. In Settings, just select how accurate you need them to be.
Show Stop
If you have a Show Stop, we remove the duration of the stop from the total playing time, but not the running time.

Sharing & Show History

Sharing times couldn’t be easier. You can share your show times via the iOS Share Sheet. You can also choose to include “In-Act Timers” when sharing as well.All previous performances are now stored, so you can revisit earlier performance times.

Notifications & Pre Show Calls

Pre-Show Calls

Strange show time? Weird panto matinees? Now you can receive notifications "x" minutes before each call. It couldn’t be easier. Show StopWatch gives you all the relevant calls at the desired times. All call times and warning notifications can be customised. Select a show time or add a new one, much like you would in Alarms — and that’s it!



Customisable Notifications
Don’t want the Beginners call 5 minutes before curtain up? With Show StopWatch you can change all call times to whatever time you would like before the show. You can also customise a warning notification before the call. If you want a warning 10 minutes before the Half Hour Call, but 1 minute before the Five, Quarter & Beginners calls, that’s all possible!

Share Pre-Show Call Times

If you ever want to know the times of the calls, just tap the "Call Times" button. The calls can then be copied and pasted anywhere you like.
